1. Why don’t we date or marry someone who doesn’t have the same faith?
なぜ、同じ信仰を持っていない人と付き合ったり結婚しないのか？
(Genesis 28:1) So Isaac called for Jacob and blessed him and commanded him: "Do not marry a Canaanite woman.
(創世 28:1) イサクはヤコブを呼び寄せ、彼を祝福し、そして彼に命じて言った。「カナンの娘たちの中から妻をめとってはならない。
(2 Corinthians 6:14 /NLT) Don’t team up with those who are unbelievers. How can righteousness be a partner with wickedness? How can light live with darkness?
(2コリント 6:14 /NLTからのオリジナル訳) 同じ信仰のない人たちと一緒にチームを組んではいけません。正義と不法とに、どんな繋がりがあるでしょう。光と暗やみとに、どんな交わりがあるでしょう。
(1 Corinthians 7:15) But if the unbeliever leaves, let him do so. A believing man or woman is not bound in such circumstances; God has called us to live in peace. 16How do you know, wife, whether you will save your husband? Or, how do you know, husband, whether you will save your wife?
(1コリント 7:15) しかし、もし信者でないほうの者が離れて行くのであれば、離れて行かせなさい。そのようなばあいには、信者である夫あるいは妻は、縛られることはありません。神は、平和を得させようとしてあなたがたを召されたのです。

-No common vision.
お互いのビジョンに共通点がない。
-Totally different life values : Fundamental disagreements about priorities (eg. the Bible) will affect the decisions you will make in life: (eg. About lifestyle, raising children, how to use money.)
人生の価値観が全く違う：優先順位で根本的な違いがあり（例えば聖書）、それが人生の様々な決断の際に大きな影響を与える：（例えば、ライフスタイル、子育て、お金の使い方）
-No overflow of blessing from God.
神様からの祝福が注がれない。
-It will kill your destiny.
自分の使命をダメにする。

-ただ相手がクリスチャンだからといって結婚してはダメ！クリスチャとしての情熱を持ち、そしてイエスを心から愛しているクリスチャンと結婚しよう。
Don’t just marry a Christian, but marry a Christian that is on fire and absolutely in love with Jesus.
2. Is there ‘THE ONE’for me?
「運命の人」っているの？
(Genesis 28:2-3) Go at once to Paddan Aram, to the house of your mother's father Bethuel. Take a wife for yourself there, from among the daughters of Laban, your mother's brother. (3) May God Almighty bless you and make you fruitful and increase your numbers until you become a community of peoples.
(創世 28:2-3) さあ、立って、パダン・アラムの、おまえの母の父ベトエルの家に行き、そこで母の兄ラバンの娘たちの中から妻をめとりなさい。（3）全能の神がおまえを祝福し、多くの子どもを与え、おまえをふえさせてくださるように。そして、おまえが多くの民のつどいとなるように。
-Yes and No. We must continue to make the right choices to meet the right person.
答えは「イエス」であり「ノー」でもある。私達は正しい相手に出会うために正しい決断をしていかなければならない。
-We all must set out for a journey with God’s promise and vision (Dreams).
神様の約束とビジョン〈夢〉を受け止めて、旅に出かけなければならない。
-We all must enter the presence and the will of God.
神様のいる所、そして神様の意志の中に入っていかなければならない。
(Genesis 28:16-17) When Jacob awoke from his sleep, he thought, "Surely the LORD is in this place, and I was not aware of it." (17) He was afraid and said, "How awesome is this place! This is none other than the house of God; this is the gate of heaven."
(創世 28:16-17) ヤコブは眠りからさめて、「まことに主がこの所におられるのに、私はそれを知らなかった。」と言った。 (17) 彼は恐れおののいて、また言った。「この場所は、なんとおそれおおいことだろう。こここそ神の家にほかならない。ここは天の門だ。」
(Genesis 28:20-22)Then Jacob made a vow, saying, "If God will be with me and will watch over me on this journey I am taking and will give me food to eat and clothes to wear (21) so that I return safely to my father's house, then the LORD will be my God (22) and this stone that I have set up as a pillar will be God's house, and of all that you give me I will give you a tenth."
(創世 28:20-22) それからヤコブは誓願を立てて言った。「神が私とともにおられ、私が行くこの旅路で私を守ってくださり、私に食べるパンと着る着物を賜わり、(21) 私が無事に父の家に帰ることができ、主が私の神となってくださるので、（22） 私が石の柱として立てたこの石は神の家となり、すべてあなたが私に賜わる物の十分の一を私は必ずあなたにささげます。」
